Dr. José Manuel Felices Lago

Dr. José Manuel Felices Lago got his Ophthalmology Qualifications 1985.
He also obtained his Aptitude Diploma to work in the rest of EU countries in 1994.
His professional career started with his surgical and clinical work in the National Health System, where he also held responsibility posts. Afterwards, he has been dedicated exclusively to his work in private surgical and medical practice, extended to insurance companies.
In order to keep up to his field, he has taken part in courses, congresses and symposiums for scientific improvement and technologies applications in relation to the surgery and treatment of eye pathologies. Furthermore, he has presented diverse communications in national Congresses and has lectured in several training courses.
In the research field, he won the First Award in the National contest organized by the South-East Ophthalmological Society with his work “Papiloedema” in 1982. Also, he has written numerous articles of scientific interest which have received the acknowledgement in the form of publication, of several renowned magazines like the Proceedings of Medical Psychology, the Proceedings of Spanish-Portuguese Society of Neurology and Psychiatry, the Proceedings of the South-East Ophthalmological Society. The Archive of the Spanish Society of Ophthalmology, and the magazine of the French Society of Ophthalmology.
Dr. Felices Lago has envolved, through all his activities, to be a skilful clinician with great surgical abilities, which together make him a high level eye surgeon, with a special dedication in the field of cataract surgery and the novelties in macular and retina treatments.

Dra. Nuria Rodriguez Muñoz

In 2002 she finished her studies as an Optician-Optometrist at the University of Alicante.
Since 2007 she has been offering her services in private Ophthalmology Clinics and in the Vinalopó Hospital in Elche.

She is a specialist in Visual Therapy and Child Optometry.
Currently Optician-Optometrist at Vista Felices Lago.
