LAGO Dr. José
Manuel Felices Lago has been an ophthalmic surgeon since 1985.
His qualifications have also been recognised at a European level,
enabling him to work as a Specialist in Ophthalmology in the other
States of the European Community, since 1994.
| He began
his professional career doing clinical and surgical work
for the National Health System, where he also held positions
of responsibility. He has subsequently worked exclusively
in the private medical sector.
In order to keep up to date
with the latest advances in his speciality, he has taken
part in courses, conferences and symposia on continuous
scientific training and the application of technology for
operating on and treating eye disease. He has also presented
various papers at national congresses and given lectures
at training courses.
In the field of research, the sociedad Oftalmológica
del Sureste [Ophthalmology Society of the Southeast] awarded
him First Prize in their awards for research for his work
Oedema of the Eyelid in 1982 and he has published numerous
articles on topics of scientific interest in prestigious
journals such as the Actas de Psicología médica
[Proceedings of Medical Psychology], Actas de la Sociedad
luso-española de Neurología y Psiquiatría
[the Proceedings of the Spanish and Portuguese Neurology
and Psychiatry Society], Actas de la Sociedad Oftalmológica
del Sureste [the Proceedings of the Ophthalmology Society
of the Southeast] and Archivos de la Sociedad Española
de Oftalmología [Spanish Society of Ophthalmology
Archives] and the Journal of the French Society of Ophthalmology.

DR. JOSÉ MARÍA
PÉREZ CHUFFO
Dr. José María Pérez
Chuffo is a specialist in Plastic, Cosmetic and Reconstructive
Surgery.
He graduated in Medicine from the University of Buenos Aires in
1973. He graduated as a specialist in General Surgery, and subsequently
qualified as a specialist in Plastic, Cosmetic and Reconstructive
Surgery.
He has had extensive training
and hospital experience. His was trained in general surgery at
the Enrique y Ricardo Finochietto Graduate School of Surgery,
of the Rawson Hospital in Buenos Aires. He subsequently trainined
in Plastic, Cosmetic and Reconstructive Surgery at a number of
prestigious centres, such as the Rawson Hospital, Fernandez Hospital,
Burns Institute and Robles Clinic in Buenos Aires and the Pitanguy
Clinic in Rio de Janeiro.
| He went on
to take a Masters in Cosmetic Medicine at the Spanish Society
of Cosmetic Medicine and postgraduate Courses in General
Radiodiagnostics and Laser Technology.
He is a member of various
national and overseas Societies, such as the Argentinean
Association of Surgery, the Society of Plastic Surgery of
Buenos Aires and the Argentinean Society of Plastic Surgery.
He is currently a registered member of the Spanish Society
of Plastic, Cosmetic and Reconstructive Surgery, the Spanish
Society of Surgical Laser Medicine and the Spanish Society
of Anti-aging Medicine.
He has taken part in various
courses and conferences. He has written and contributed
to many scientific publications, and was awarded Argentina’s
national Ernesto Malbec Master Surgeon prize in 1983. |

cosmetic surgery and currently specialises in Laser technology
applied to cosmetic treatment, using both surgery and the latest
non-invasive techniques.
All his medical and specialist
qualifications have been legally recognised in Spain.
